I love their eco-friendly products. I've been buying their products for a few years now. I made a mistake when placing an order yesterday and they got back to me right away and made a refund on my card. Fast and friendly! And Canadian, eh!
Great to deal with. Even increased the discount on an order id placed after I saw a better promo. Packaging is minimal & good to see small companies succeed in the market these days
Very deceptive interface, and no customer service. I was tricked into a monthly order, even though I pressed the "one-time" button, and then there is no way to edit my cart, and no way to cancel my order. I have repeatedly emailed to try to cancel my order, but no-one has replied. What is the next step, and how can I report them?
