I am an active franchisee/owner of Cartridge World, sharing my firsthand experience.Since the launch of the corporate online store, purchases made through this site have, in my experience, directly competed with independently owned Cartridge World locations that customers have traditionally relied on. This shift has changed how local stores are able to serve and retain their customers.
