Very good service and good price.
Truck arrived within the estimated time frame. Good communication with dispatcher and it was easy to arrange pick up. Price was better than another competitor. I would have rated it a 5 if I was able to track delivery, or at least had communication with the driver during the journey to have a better idea of what day to expect delivery. (This was across the country)The driver was very respectful of us and of the cars/trucks he was delivering. He made sure that he unloaded in a safe location.

The company was quick and efficient. The vehicle was picked up and delivered within an hour of estimated delivery time. The delivery driver was friendly and helpful getting the car into my parking space.

Ahead of schedule delivery, very pleasant and professional driver who stayed in touch to schedule delivery, and good looking enclosed trailer. I think their pricing is reasonable, they stayed with the quote. No shenanigans. Would use again.

Absolute Perfection, a choreographed Automobile Swap
shipnts.com (National Transport Serviced) pulled of a monumental task. I live in New Jersey, I searched the internet for a particular car and found it in Illinois, a deal was made that the dealership in Illinois was to take my current car on trade and deliver me my new car in NJ; therefore proper shipping needed to happen. shipnts.com pulled off a dance between the dealership and myself, as well as a cross country move and all that comes with it perfectly. Everyone involved, Tucker, Lilly, Sean, Seth at National Transport worked in-sync to deliver both cars without at hitch, an almost overnight express swap delivery of 2 cars. Used National Transport Services to ship my 97 SS Camaro
Used National Transport Services to ship my car home prior to a military move and they were EXCELLENT and PROFESSIONAL from start to finish. The process was smooth and they are flexible in getting a driver dispatched in the move window you request. The driver was also professional and delivered my vehicle across country in only 3 days. I would use National Transport Services again and recommend them to anyone.

NTS shipped my 1969 Jag XKE
NTS shipped my 1969 Jag XKE from Los Angeles to Virginia Beach, VA. The price was in line with the market and more importantly they worked with me on a delivery schedule and kept me informed of progress. The delivery driver was very helpful and took great care with me and my vehicle during the drop off. I will contact them first the next time I need to ship a car.

My First Classic Car Delivery
I recently purchased a classic car (my first) that was located halfway across the country (also my first). NTS were terrific to work with, and also very patient with this newbie’s questions and concerns from the moment I enlisted their services to the day the car was delivered. Lili was so good to work with and returned my emails and calls quickly. The car arrived without issue and I’m now a happy classic car owner! I’ll be looking to transport the next one with NTS too! I am very glad that I chose National Transport Services (NTS) to ship my classic vehicle across the country. There was a minor snag during transport as is often the case in this unpredictable business, but that only gave a good company a chance to show why I was correct to choose them. Lily was on top of the situation immediately and kept me informed as progress was made to deliver my vehicle. When my vehicle arrived, it was a quick and easy delivery. If I am ever in need of shipping a vehicle (especially any high-end or classic vehicle,) I will look to Lily and her team at NTS! Thanks for taking such good care of me and my vehicle!

I have NEVER done this before
I have NEVER done this before. I purchased a brand new vehicle from a dealership 1,800 miles from my home. Why? It actually saved me a lot of money. The only issue - getting it home! I contacted many transport companies for quotes. I chose National Transport Services because 1) they gave me a very fair quote, and 2) they stayed in touch (COMMUNICATION!) with me throughout-from purchase through pick-up through delivery, and 3) they were very professional throughout. They transported my new vehicle to my chosen drop-off point, even beating me there. The driver was very helpful and unloaded us expeditiously. Overall, extremely satisfied with NTS and would use them again! By the way, I am in no way affiliated or paid or get ANYTHING from NTS. I just got great service and like to say good things about good people. Thank you.

AMAZING!
I contacted NTS on a Friday night for a quote to expedite my vehicle pick up due to two other companies treating me horrible and lied to me. Lily responded to me on the following day and communicated quickly that I would be made a priority. I was movingfrom California to Delaware and starting a new job, so it was time sensitive. That Monday my car was picked up and delivered to me within 6 days! Amazing! From start to finish the process was easy, affordable and I was treated amazingly! THANK YOU!
