Yogini Shanthi is an authentic yoga…
Yogini Shanthi is an authentic yoga teacher and provides detailed structured understanding of yoga. Before the classes with her, my understanding of yoga was limited to thinking of it as a form of slow body exercise. But after the class, my perspective of it widened to see it as a way of life and much beyond exercise. She takes personal care and attention in ensuring the student is following the lesson. After learning from her, even after several years, I remember the lessons.. the philosophy and the breathing techniques. She uses a gentle technique to teach and the importance of listening to your own body. She does not follow any trending or adapted yoga but only the true yoga passed on from ancient Indian heritage. If you are looking for that kind of knowledge, not a quick burn out, it is an ideal place to learn from

Powerfully Life-Affirming
Before I met Shanthi, I didn't think I liked yoga, because my only experience with it was with Western teachers and the whole culture that surrounds that. I felt discouraged and wondered if there was something wrong with me because I couldn't enjoy the classes I was taking. Shanthi opened my eyes to a whole new dimension of what the yogic practice and lifestyle are really about, which has ultimately led to a massive life shift. Her asana class was the only "yoga" class I'd ever taken where I actually felt calm, and it led me to continue learning from her in deeper ways. I am grateful that Shanthi has shared many elements of her culture with me, and this has offered so much perspective on how I can connect with my own roots and live more authentically. I believe leadership is about authenticity, first and foremost. Being proud of where you came from and making your cultural practices an honest expression of humanity - and when educating the community about others' cultural practices, doing it in an honest way that lifts up the communities of that culture. Seeing Shanthi's pride in her cultural heritage inspires me to better know myself for who I am and I also strive to help others do the same.In a world where so much is commodified and compromised, Shanthi has sparked invigoration and inspiration into my life. Knowing her has led me to be more and more open over the years to facing reality and living my life in line with my true values.

"Transformative Yoga Wisdom: Embracing Authenticity and Connection"
Dear Shanthi,I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the enlightening and transformative session we had today. You have truly opened my eyes to the essence of yoga and its profound significance. Thank you so much for your time and the valuable insights you shared.First and foremost, I appreciate how you emphasized the authentic meaning of yoga. In a world filled with various trendy and marketed forms of yoga, I now understand that yoga itself embodies a holistic approach to healing. The real essence of yoga doesn't require any embellishments or fancy adjectives like "mindful yoga" or "Iyengar yoga." It is a powerful practice rooted in our ancient shastras, holding immense potential for personal growth and well-being.The history you shared about yoga has left a lasting impact on me. Learning about its origins and how it has evolved over the centuries has given me a newfound appreciation for the depth and wisdom it holds. I now understand that yoga is not merely a physical exercise or a passing trend; it is a timeless path towards harmony and self-discovery.Another crucial lesson I learned from you is about the true meaning of coaching. Until now, I believed that regularly providing information was sufficient to serve my participants and viewers. However, you've shown me that true service lies in creating the right platform for them to take action and implement the knowledge shared. This eye-opening realization has inspired me to shift my perspective and become a more effective guide and facilitator on their journey of growth. The simplicity you emphasized during our conversation has been particularly striking. Observing one's posture and making simple adjustments can create profound shifts in one's life. This principle applies not only to yoga but to various aspects of life as well. Your emphasis on focusing on the core aspects and avoiding unnecessary complexities has resonated deeply with me.Once again, thank you, Shanthi, for the invaluable wisdom you imparted today. Your guidance has left a lasting impression on me, and I'm eager to further explore the depths of yoga with our connection as accountable partners. I believe that this approach will enrich my personal practice and the way I serve others even more.I wish you all the best in increasing more authentic Yoga Teachers, who will impart the actual knowledge of Yoga Shastras.
