Unprofessional & Never Staffed They have cancelled my appt for 2 weekends now, saying their provider has called out sick. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that the only provider they have working on Saturdays is partying too much on Friday night and then bailing from work. Why doens't SEV hire more people or have backups? SEV demands all their patients sign a new form since they bought Ideal Image, and the form is WAY too intrusive for a med spa. Stop thinking of yourselves as doctors b/c you're not. You're a med spa. You do not need to know tons of medical detail that does not relate to skin/laser. Stop being too cheap to hire another provider and cover the shifts when your provider is bailing out of work. Stop signing your email notifications "Love, SEV" - that is CREEPY AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
