Time zone confusion solved by Siddharth
I love the new multi-site service and within that I need the time zones correct. This morning I noticed the local time would not save. Right away, help and support understood and answered my questions. Siddharth was the technician helping me and I would be happy for everyone to get his help. He was understanding and efficiently solved my problem . Thank you

Clear and concise
I had a great time during the demo this morning and Hema did a great job showing me the features of the app and i for one is so excited to present these features to our business partners and give my recommendation to go with Setmore for our appointment scheduling need. Hema was clear and concise on the way she walk me through with the feature and i really find it so easy to use both for us and our clients.

I scheduled an Onboarding call with Dron and his customer service, professionalism, experience, and expertise were SUPERB in handling my unique request for setting up my booking page. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! I'm looking forward to my future bookings. He answered ALL my questions, stayed on the call longer than scheduled 🙏🏼, answered questions I didn't even know I had, and went above and beyond in optimizing my booking page with features I didn't even realize were available, but VERY much needed!!! I left the call confident and READY TO LAUNCH
