New Member of the Sesame Fan Club!
I’ve scheduled the appointment right before I left work, and was seen less than an hour later. I was skeptical, but I am now a believer. I have an array of medical items that I usually have a hard time discussing with a doctor… but I didn’t feel as if I was being judged. I felt like I was being listened to.My provider was very understanding of the situations I was in, she shared her insight and promptly insured that I left with solutions that would work in the short run and the long-term. I will 100% be coming back. I am so grateful to have found a telehealth service and provider that lives up to the hype. Believe me, I’m not one to go out of my way to write a review… but Sesame followed through!!!

Dr Mark is wonderful
Dr Mark is wonderful. I know he's at least in North Carolina and New York and California. Communicates well ready to help. I had two different issues he took care of everything. I might have left a message about Dr Mark that works with sesame but I'll do it again and again. If you're having trouble with a teladoc it doesn't hear you or understand you even when you text them all the right information. That never would be a problem with Dr Mark.

Samantha Turcotte, NP, Pitiful and Pathetic. She is money hungry and does not know how to write a prescription for a month supply of medication. Short changed me on medication, 23 pills for one medication and 5 pills for another medication after I paid $65 for the visit. Stay away from this one!!! Sesamecare blocks reviews on their website. My review of this provider is no where to be found. Had a follow up visit with a different NP for the same medications and was given a month supply and 2 refills. That is how you treat patients and get them to come back!!!

I use the same doctor every time. He’s helped me a lot and made the process very efficient. Saves tons of time from driving to doctors office and waiting for appt. An hour and a half of my life back every appt 💪🏼

I wish I could rate it lower. The initial questions indicated I was a candidate for weight loss program. Saw the provider and she said I was not a candidate and Sesame doesn’t do microdosing- she brought this up- but she does in her own practice and she would reach out to me. So I paid $99 for her to try to get a new patient in her own side hustle.

Sesame has been a lifesaver
Sesame has been a lifesaver! Easily accessible healthcare at very low cost and the value is incredible. Before I was paying 150- 200 dollars for a basic visit to a primary care doctor and with Sesame, I pay $55. Customer service is great too!

The whole experience using Sesame was so easy. The sign up, Provider selection, time selection, and the visit itself was seamless. My visit was 6 minutes and his focus was making me find the treatment ti make me feel better. Highly recommend!

These subscription companies are ridiculous and tricksters.
Went through Sesame to get Trazodone to better my sleep cycle. I received medication twice and was charged three times. Four days after I was charged the third time, I called in to cancel my subscription and get a refund since I did not receive medication for that month. I was told that it was the "subscription" I was paying for and I guess the meds are separate. Anyway, I asked if they could just prorate me then, since it was only four days after being charged. They said the best they could do was a $13 refund out of the $79 that I paid... Not happy.

I am able to manage all of my health issues online for the most part. I still have to get bloodwork but it’s affordable with a doctor referral from Sesame they really care.

The convenience of talking to a doctor face-to-face, letting her see and hear your album ailments and create a medical plan for you is convenient and helpful and very time efficient

Scam artists
Scam artists, pulled a bait and switch. Their platform automatically stated that they would fill my controlled substance prescription which unfortunately is the only safe drug for me to use for my condition because of kidney issues and the nature of the disease I am suffering from then once I had paid up came a message at the very bottom of the page stating that their doctors don’t prescribe controlled substances.
