Called sales office, spoke to Eddie. He was very short on most all of his responses about the plan. He offered to match the current plan with a different company. He was very negative about other plan providers and he admitted that none of the plans offer emergency service. I was offered a plan that would have required me to pay in full for the year. After discussing and looking at reviews, I decided it was not worth switching from what I already had. I thanked Eddie for all of the information and told him I would not sign up with Service Plus. He stated, "thank you for wasting my time'. He hung up! Not a good representative for this company. I definitely will not sign up after my interactions with Eddie.
1.what went wrong? a. could not approve the contract sent before having the opportunity to read. I did state that there is a 30 day period to pull out.b. difficulty in communicating via email. trying tuse website, asking for password. requests to reset pw took inordinate amount of time for a reply. Had to google for a phone number. (btw if you want to read the contract you can find link when you search for phpne no.Called and cancelled after long conversation with the rep. Finally said he would cance. asked for asn immediate email informing of cancellation. been waiting almost an hour for email ( using Outlook and then webmail, nothing on cell phone app))2.can company improve? Not with me!
