Senville stands behind their customers. I purchased 2 units and needed additional parts. They came through and I am very happy with my experience. There are very few business that do this today. I am also very happy with the units we have. They have worked without issue.

Outstanding company
Outstanding company. Had an issue with the unit I purchased and Sam over at Senville customer service was absolutely outstanding in providing prompt customer support with a great resolution. They definitely stand behind their products and I'm so glad I went through them instead of other mini split companies. A++

Look to other manufacturers that stand behind there product in a timely manner.
Let’s start with over 18 months dealing with product problem. Lack of leadership to handle the issue. Then the parts were ordered took many calls checking on status of delivery. Then out of three parts ordered each one had to be shipped separately because Senville can’t read an order ticket or better yet verify what is shipping out to the customer. I have purchased 3 units from senville. Never again and would never recommend.

Very Satisfied
We ordered a model SENA/30HF/D with 18K BTU and 12K BTU heads. This unit performs flawlessly in cold weather making heat, even down to temperatures at and below zero.Definitely very satisfied with our purchase. We also purchased the optional 25 ft line set along with the unit stand.Unit installed in late July. Didn't have a chance to run the unit during cooling season much.

Unit is great, install instructions are trash
The unit works awesome and customer support was great. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the installation instructions are complete trash.
