As one of the first testers, I was pleasantly surprised at how well SendStatus worked. It helped me create really good client status reports super fast. Actually, it did all the writing, I just talked and fed it notes and photos. Really easy to use…because everything is done through WhatsApp. Unless you want to see the team member details and change project settings, then you have a full dashboard for that stuff. Overall, pretty cool tool for any body in remodeling or construction trade.

Super helpful tool for construction contractors
I've used Sendstatus for roughly a month. It's really helped me cut back on admin and paperwork. I'm probably saving 5-8 hours each week. Before, I spent lots of effort pulling together project details and sorting photos. With this tool, it allows me to send What's App photos and voicemails each day. Then, at the end of the week, it'll write the entire report for me. I'm not a fan of writing, so this is a huge plus. A+ from me and highly recommended.

Big time saver for writing status reports with WhatsApp
I work with a number of general contractors and one of them recommended Sendstatus to me. Total life (and time) saver. Such a unique idea. I use WhatsApp quite a bit to keep tabs on everything, and this allows me to create a full-blown status report in under a minute just by talking to it, or sending photos, or messages. The final report is really professional and I send it to clients from my phone. Saves me lots of hours per week and makes me look really polished with my clients.

Amazing AI Written Status Report Tool
I saw this tool on an architects' Facebook group and it was recommended by a number of people. So, I gave it a try. Really incredible...it took a ton of work off my plate writing reports and gathering photos. I just send it voice memos and photos thru WhatsApp, then when I'm done, it will write a 2-3 page report for me. Shockingly professional and well-structured. It adds captions to my photos as well. Super impressive.

A great status and project reporting tool using WhatsApp
I was looking for an AI-type tool that would help me pull together my status updates and photos for our remodeling jobs. SendStatus was recommended by ChatGPT so I gave it a shot, and it was amazing. Given I use WhatsApp everyday to communicate with my crew, it was super easy to get going...I just setup a Sendstatus account and then started sending Whatsapp messages. Pretty crazy, I can't write, but it took my voice messages and photos and made a super nice report for my clients. And, it only took a few minutes to produce it. I highly recommend it if you're looking for something to write status updates for you.
