Great place to learn how to defend yourself in the real world. Knowledgeable instructors, friendly staff and students. Price is reasonable.Free first lesson. Come by, ask questions. Check out the website.

Intense, Welcoming, and Fun
I entered the gym with no experience in any art and I've taken more out of it than I can handle. I've learned a lot, the community is welcoming, and the workouts are great!

Highly recommended.
Cliff is a great trainer with a positive attitude and a wealth of knowledge in Krav Maga. The students are a great group of people to train with. Lots of encouragement from the trainers and the students. You will work hard have fun.

I love the comraderie and brotherhood…
I love the comraderie and brotherhood from attending classes. We have become like our own little family. The instructors are amazing and patient. Cliff, is the main instructor and he really knows his stuff! Whether you are just starting out or been doing martial arts a long time, this is the place for you. All levels do well here!

Best Krav Maga class!!!
The hour goes so fast and you not only learn Krav Maga but get a great workout. The adult class spans all ages from Teens to 70 year olds. The instructors are constantly walking through the class and helping everyone with corrections and ways to improve your moves. Everyone treats you like family and I love going.
