My experience with a previous Trademark company was a total scam and I lost a lot of money. I was very hesitant to try this again. Working with this company was a breath of fresh air. They do exactly what they say they will do. They work with you every step of the way. They are extremely helpful especially for green horns like me.

Two years ago I had filed and registered a name for a new e-commerce venture. The name was successfully registered but i had to put the project on hold due to several life circumstances. Apparently i missed filing some important paperwork and my trademark was declared as abandoned. I was notified by Scott Harper of the issue, and he worked with me thru the necessary steps to get it back on track. He submitted the necessary paperwork in trademarking the name and logo with a federal protection, gave me great feedback on my goals and will be assisting me going forward as I get my new venture off the ground. Scott's customer service was outstanding with prompt responses, and stayed on top of things until we got all the issues resolved. It was especially nice to deal with a real person for a change!
