this is the second time we have worked…
this is the second time we have worked with Tim and his team and AGAIN, they did an awesome job!!! Financing for a house is a huge part prior to closing and very stressful, but thanks to Tim and his team we are fortunate that we closed on our dream house!

Amazing experience and nothing to complain about! Natasha was great to work with and extremely patient with someone who was completely clueless every step of the way. Natasha and her team were always available for me, and were even extremely flexible working with me around my graveyard shift hours.

If I could rate Tim
If I could rate Tim, Natasha and the team with 6 stars I would! Fantastic service coupled with integrity and responsiveness make The Dineen Team truly among the best out there among quality lenders. When you need that last minute pre-approval letter or meeting with a client, they make themselves available 7 days a week. They realize that the real estate business often runs at odd hours, so they do too! I can't say enough good things, but don't take my word for it, ask any of my clients whom they have helped!

Completely satisfied
Tim Dineen and Natasha Lawrence guided me step by step through my first household purchase and I never once felt uncomfortable. They've been so warm and welcoming the entire way, even sending me cards on holidays since my purchase and keeping me up to date on my options.
