Billing scams, unsafe equipment, dirty gym
It is a scam company regarding billing and some of the equipment is unsafe. The gym was often dirty too. Avoid at all costs.

Fitness 24/7 is okay as a gym
Fitness 24/7 is okay as a gym. Most of the equipment works and relatively clean feel to it. The price is reasonable considering the number of gyms you get access to as well.Where there is a HUGE issue is their billing, which is completely out of whack. Signed up and paid for a month plus the first time subscription fee and set them up to deduct automatically each month and 23 days later I have collectors sent from them out of no where for an unpaid invoice? Super good first time experience - well done 24/7 - you don't deserve 3 stars, but I guess you don't deserve 2 either.

Extremely bad
I registered for the basic membership fee in one of their store in Finland. Reception advertised for their So-called FREE consultation session with personal trainer to get general health advice and encouraged me to use this chance. Do not take this offer at all, they are going to take u on the table to mischieve you to make a contract to hire a personal trainer in a fast way that you are shocked. I clearly have explained to them I am unemployed and I do not want to buy extra services but personal trainer put me under pressure to sign the contract. Their customer service gave all the rights to their personsl trainer and their behavior is really awful. Do not recommend it.

Signed up for a membership in one of…
Signed up for a membership in one of their stores and left immediately without working out.2 days later I regret my (unused) membership and ask for a termination and refund. Was told that I cannot get a refund because subscription was made in store and not online but that that could terminate my membership against a payment of 2 months.Beware before considering a membership here!
