Everyone should be doing this!!!
I don't know why every family isn't getting their beef from the Scholze Family Farms. Great product. Really, really good prices. Fast turnaround time in terms of delivery. They have my business for the foreseeable future.

Scholtze makes an excellent set of products. I love their link sausages and I have a subscription for hamburger which is great tasting and fairly lean. I use their meaty soup bones for a hearty vegetable beef soup which I make with chopped rutabagas and carrots with onions. Beef barley can be added also. Their bacon is great also. I frequently make liver, onions and bacon using Scholtze liver and bacon. This is a meal I have loved since childhood and helps me with some deficiency genes I have in the B vitamin family and for vitamin A.

Cold day comfort!
Fast delivery and fully frozen. Packaged nicely! I have only sampled one roast so far but very good! Made in crockpot as a potroast, fed the 3 of us (2 being large eaters) with leftovers. Smelled great after a long day of teaching on a cold day!

I have ordered meat from Scholze since May of 2020. The meat is delicious and comes exactly as described. Customer service is outstanding. I have a a rare occurrence of not having a item and they give me excellent options to replace and communicate it well. Love that the packaging is more environmentally friendly (green cell) and meat always comes frozen. The ground beef is super lean and a family favorite.

Instant Pot Box Sampler
I purchased the Instant Pot Box Sampler and was pleasantly surprised with 1) The ease of ordering; 2) The swiftness of the delivery; 3) The amount of meat/bang for the buck; 4) So far, we've only had one of the roasts, but I am so excited to have found Scholze Family Farms for all of my meat needs!

The porterhouse was great!
The porterhouse was full of flavor! I cooked it over hardwood to 130deg. Cracked black pepper, Sicilian sea salt, make you want throw your arms up and say lord oh lord. Perfect!
