I'm very pleased with my purchase from Scales Plus. The scale arrived quickly with full tracking, was packaged securely, and was brand new in the box. When there was a small hiccup with the calibration weight, they fixed it right away. I'd definitely recommend them and use their service again!

Setting up billing was cumbersome
Setting up billing was cumbersome. Ended up using a credit card which didn't appear to be an option before placing the order.Prices were great and shipping was prompt.

ordering process was simple. I did have to chat with customer support to get the calibration instructions. Customer support was awesome he mailed the instructions and walked me through the process.
