Sawinery is not a preferred vendor
Sawinery has some really wonderful products, BUT the back office leaves a lot to be desired. The check out process DUPES you into buying additional items, a common ploy with these outfits that have no phone contact and seem to be online only order platforms. I ordered one item with a dupe involved, brought it to their attention within seconds. The fulfillment department acknowledged the error and responded with sending me what I wanted twice plus what I cancelled in a timely manner. Refund is said to take 10 or more days which is bs in this day and age. I have what I want but can’t seem to get these people to take back what I do not want. They should be kowtowing to me for my honesty in bringing their errors to their attention, but are too caught up in god knows what to take their products back. I could have had 2 of the items I ordered and the dupe item for nothing and I doubt they would be any the wiser.Anyhow I have my set up blocks and will not do business with Sawinery again
