Not Good Support
Can’t even get a clear answer out of these guys regarding their products.Technical support is non-existent and uninformed. Better luck using Reddit.To respond to your reply. It is a part of your product. It took multiple emails and over a week to get any borderline intelligible response from you.You clearly don’t have people who understand your own products.I provided all dimensions taken with calipers for a simple bearing sleeve that 100% is part of your product and came off your product.This shouldn’t be challenging at all.

Great experience and blades working great
Was easy to input my bandsaw model to verify i was getting the proper lengths. Great to know the difference between Q101 and Q201 steels as well as how many TPI I should get for my projects. Also cannot beat the price.
