La lampada antizanzare funziona bene, per ora ci ha davvero tenuto via le zanzare dalla stanza ed è un must have per l‘estate. anche il customer support è molto disponibile

UPDATE: NOT SERIOUS but even worse!
UPDATE: they dont refund items not sent, but offer to send the items again, ONLY if I write a positive feedback! Shame on them! So everyone can see how they get these little few positive feedback. I know, this feedback costs me nearly 100 Euro - but really - shame on them!!! Here´s the text of the mail: "Ciao, Confidiamo che tu sia in buona salute. Desideriamo chiarire che poiché il tuo pacco non è stato ricevuto da te, possiamo solo offrirti una sostituzione. Una volta che ci avrai fornito lo screenshot della recensione positiva, avvieremo la spedizione del nuovo prodotto. Cordiali saluti" NOT SERIOUS! 1 star cause 0 star is not possible. Ordered anti-mosquito-device - they took the money but nothing arrived. No answering to all the mails - money is obviously lost

Sono dei truffatori e il materiale che inviano è falso! Alle e-mail non rispondono! Non comprate mai!!! Mai!!! They're scammers and the stuff they send is fake! Emails are not answered! Do not buy!!! Never!!!

Sono degli IMBROGLIONI, meglio non comperare niente da loro, per mia esperienza arrivati 2 orologi di cui 1 non funziona e l’altro sembra il regalo degli ovini kinder.. e inviato SVARIATE VOLTE DELLE MAIL nessuna risposta, poi passato del tempo mi arriva una mail dicendomi che erano passati 14 giorni per il reso o la sostituzione 😁 un imbroglio bello e buono… CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE DI NON COMPERARE NIENTE DA QUESTI PERSONAGGI INGANNEVOLI. They are CHEATERS, better not to buy anything from them, in my experience arrived 2 watches of which 1 does not work and the other seems the gift of kinder sheep .. and sent SEVERAL TIMES OF THE MAIL no response, then after some time I get an email telling me that 14 days had passed for the return or replacement 😁 a nice and good cheat ... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING ANYTHING FROM THESE DECEPTIVE CHARACTERS.

Roba cinese di scarsissima qualità. Sito decisamente ingannevole che tende a nascondere le informazioni più importanti. NON FIDATEVI !!! Non comprate assolutamente ! Ho anche chiesto di fare il reso e mi hanno mandato le istruzioni per rispedire il pacco (a spese mie) ma l’indirizzo è incompleto. Allora ho chiesto loro di mandarmi il CAP, che mancava, e si sono rifiutati di mandarmelo, quindi non posso restituire l’articolo. Una vera e propria frode !!! Chinese merchandise, lowest quality ever. Very tricky website, which hides the most important information in order to screw people ! Don’t trust it !!! Don’t ever buy there !! I even asked them to return the article, and they’ve sent me incomplete instructions to return it. So I’ve asked the for complimentary instructions (PO BOX was missing) and they’ve refused to give it to me. So I can’t return the articles ! A real fraud !!

Delivery is not in 2 days
Delivery is not in 2 days. It takes 2 weeks+. Don't be fooled by their website. Can't return it easily either because they do a drop shipping business from China.
