10/10 Zach is the MAN!
Over the last 3-4 months Zach worked with me to help me fit into an offer that best highlights my skills. I was changing careers entirely so it was scary for me to make the jump. I interviewed for a few roles which didn't end up aligning, but even then Zach still gave me other options to get me into an amazing spot. Was just hired into a CSM role today. Hands down the best person to work with in recruiting. Zach is super honest, extremely transparent and an all around good person.

Zach hits different....
I just got off the phone with Zach and I just had to share about one of the best business convos I have ever had inside the high ticket bubble - maybe in business ever. We started off on a sales call as I wanted to understand his process and we just ended up having a 90 min “state of the union” deep dive into all things staffing and the industry as a whole. Zach really knows his stuff. I got off the phone and my shoulders just dropped. I left just feeling so relieved - not just about hiring but also about life and business in general. Zach has so many takes and insights. I meet lots of good people in business all the time but not always peeps I would have a beer with outside of work. Dude is a total pro professionally and super good human. I never once thought he didn’t care about my business or my situation. If you are in the HTC space, I would recommend you only work with Zach if you value someone who is invested in your success - not just your hiring headcount.

I’ve been in high-ticket for a little over three years now. I’ve been on a great offer before, but in between, I’ve also been through my fair share of agencies and “promised-the-world” opportunities that ended up being unreliable or completely underdelivering.
