I really appreciated the voice-guided prompts—they made such a difference. And whenever I ran into trouble, the staff were so kind and helpful. Couldn't have gotten through the course without them!
It was my first time renewing my BLS certification with Safety Training Seminars, and I had a great experience. The process was simple, fast, and very convenient. It was easy to reschedule when needed, and their communication was clear and prompt. The space was nice, clean, and fully equipped. Overall, renewing my certification was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them!
For first-timers, more help would be even better.
I was about to give up when I decided to call for help. The person on the phone was very supportive and explained that module to me. And then it all made sense. Hadn't it been for her, I would have given up. A thousand thanks to that person, and the company that didn't give up on me.
This class was very thorough and covered all the basics very well. I liked that you were quizzed periodically through out the course instead of a long quiz at the end. Also it was very easy to access the hands on training area.
It is a small space, but it has all you need to take the course. . Instructions by Zoom were excellent and easy to follow. Everyone (as of 12 years old) can do this and safe lives. Highly recommended
Online module is very convenient. For skills, they have a good equipments that you can work at.
I just did the 8‑hour EMSA Health, Safety & Lead Poisoning training on Zoom yesterday, and it was really good. The instructor explained everything clearly and answered all questions. I learned a lot and feel more confident now. Thanks for the great class!

Online portion was very informative and gave me a clear understanding of the procedures. It was very easy to navigate too.In person skills with the manikin went smoothly. I wasn't too sure how I would do with this type of format, but it was easy to understand. Location felt safe and professional too.I will definitely come back to renew when its time!
The online program was clear and easy to use. Scheduling and instructions was also very clear. Enjoyed the privacy and use of the dummy. I would definitely use this company again for any future needs!

I loved the structure of the training: so much better than trainings in-person. This model is time efficient yet requires to follow details making sure you are retaining information. Hands-on locations are very convenient and easy accessible. Highly recommend!
Great experience, directions for self entry are easy and thorough, all the information needed to complete online and in person course is delivered via email promptly and detailed. Updates are given via email and text to make sure you have everything you need. Parking is available on site and free CPR mask if a plus. I got my ecard delivered immediately. I will definitely do more classes here in the future.
Good instruction but a bit of a challenge for an older person who's more comfortable with in-person classes than with virtual education.
The training was excellent.You have the time to try again if you dont feel comfortable with your score and get real time feedback..
