I had the sweetest girl helping me she was able to connect me so that I could print off my computer after lighting struch our house and a lot of things got ruined, like the lawn mower the intercom, the door bell, our sound our dvd player, so we managed to save the printer thanks to a very nice person that was on the phone with me for 3 hrs. bless her heart.

Katrina was extremely knowledgeable about correcting issues we had along the way. And she was extremely patient throughout the entire process. Borderline scam!Scanned, installed drivers, Pc will now not boot!!!!Stuck in a repair Loop!!! Thank you very much!!!!Requested support, no reply. Nowhere to get refund!Choose very wisely before using this load of old rubbish!!!!!!!!!UPDATE: I have managed to get my pc to post by doing a restore, but have lost a lot of data!! Tried Driver booster! wow what a difference, yearly sub at a fraction of the cost and flagged out of date drivers that driver assist never found?, pc is perfect now apart from the lost data thanks to Safebytes. Still no reply to my support or refund request? Says it all really. Use at your own risk!!!!

Well I got suckered . . .
Well I got suckered despite reading about the suspect practices of this outfit I thought I'd give it a whirl as we are now using three desktops, two laptops and a powerful tablet working at home.I began to have doubts when on the first machine, a common or garden HP Pavilion laptop it did the scan and claimed that a whole list of drivers needed updating. Off it went to get them . . . and install them . . . and install them (OK so I can go off and use a desktop for the rest of the day) . . . Heaven knows what it was doing as a re-scan flagged up the same drivers to be updated! So, second machine, a Dell office type desktop, common as muck . . . Same sort of performance, a couple of hours of seeming activity and, well something was changed, the screen drivers were all wrong, the aspect ratios had gone weird and the colours were off! That was enough. Not doing anything but waste my time and machine time is one thing to actually screw up a functioning machine is quite another. Overpriced subscription terminated, app deleted, Windows update and a perfectly adequate and freeware product restored and updated everything piloted by my young daughter with no mysteries . . ._____________________________________________Edit a couple of days later: Safebytes have tried to come back to me via Trustpilot, frankly they have had enough of my time and two months of subscription for what in my reasonably qualified opinion is a sub-standard product. Looking at reviews and stats on here the failure rate is entirely unacceptable. I and others have recounted facts as we have experienced them, others have recorded success and satisfaction. Readers of these comments can make up their own mind.
