Delightful sour dough bread!!
The bread has 3 ingredients and is delicious. I had to try the sour dough chocolate chip cookie and that is dangerous…..so good!!

Everything is fresh and tastes…
Everything is fresh and tastes wonderful. The cookies are my family’s favorite thing currently. Giant chocolate chip, made fresh. Can’t beat these for a surprise dessert! I served them at Christmas and my family is still raving about them.

A Gem of a Bakery
Having made an order for two separate days, in the couple days before Christmas, with a variety of breads and scones for family gifts, I love the flexibility of Ruby on the Hill!Everything was fresh and DELICIOUS, according to those who received them. Best Sourdough Bread in Maine!
Everything coming out of this bakery is absolutely delicious—over-the-top good! The care and attention their baker puts into every single sourdough loaf is truly admirable. The packaging is beautiful, and the quality makes it well worth the price. Just think about it: fermented sourdough made with only 3 simple ingredients—flour, water, and salt. All organic or non-GMO, no preservatives, and no monkey business. This bakery is clearly in it for the long haul, and it shows in every bite!

Sourdough pizza shells.
Ordered pizza shells online with me picking them up, it was smooth and price point was great. Two large pizza shells per pack for $10, can't go wrong for that. The sourdough is fantastic and fresh, freezes well and my family loves them.
