Easy enough to navigate
the interface is user friendly. the prices are competitive. I like being able to reorder easily. I didn't completely understand the options for ordering custom stamps, but I managed.

The stamp is not functional
The stamp is not functional. Ink goes everywhere when changing the date, the date doesn't stamp correctly where part of the numbers do not collect ink leaving the date illegible. It is a a completely unusable stamp. The company would not accept a return. For the cost, which is significantly higher than other products it should function. ETA: I entered the wrong name, I thought you were asking the name of the customer service agent. My name is Dawn.
