I am extremely disappointed in this…

I am extremely disappointed in this company. They have horrible customer service. They sent me the wrong order and do not respond to requests for an exchange.I have called and completed the online form, which states that someone will contact you within 24–48 hours, but that is not true. I have received no response.Given the high cost of their products, I expected the company to at least make the situation right. Unfortunately, that has not been the case.I do not recommend purchasing from Royal Egyptian Bedding.

Avoid at all costs

Ordered from website. Website states “30 day risk free trial “. I get sheets..wash and place on bed. These sheets are the worst sheets I have ever owned. They are thin, scratchy, not comfortable, and actually hard to roll over on. After 2 nights, I went online to return..form ask a series of questions..it asks if you have laundered or used sheets..YES I replied…uh-oh..it says…we can’t accept returns for laundered or used bedding…I call customer service, and speak to an agent..she advises me everything is done through e-mail..I explain my situation to her..she says..you can return them..is not an issue. The next day…I get an email response from “Reva” who says..sorry..no refunds..product has been washed/used. I call a 2Nd time..same response.. I enquirer what good was a “30 day risk free trail”. And “Reva” replied ..that’s to touch and feel the sheets…..I am out $105.60. Do yourself a favor and search for reviews on the internet of this business before purchase…I wish I would have..I could have saved my $$
