I found a roommate for a family member though a friend. The site matched me up with a few people all of whom had a checkered past. I had to do the screening of each individual that contacted me.All and all for the price your site is adequate.
Outside of the fees, which I understand, my experience was very nice. I always received my messages in a timely manner. Therefore, I was able to rent my space. I will definitely use them in the future when I am in need.
Very trustworthy website. I found a roommate, forgot to cancel, contacted them and they refunded me immediately for the time I paid without need.

Easy to use and to find a good match
The best option for housemates I've found. Would like it if people who don't match criteria were not shown when searching. For example, I choose to only have female bodied roommates as one myself.
Not one person ever responded to my ad. In fact, I initiated by responding to ads of people advertising for wanting to rent a room, about 8 to 10 people in total, and no one responded to my inquiry. Overall, it was a waste of money and a terrible experience.
Security options
I was using split pad. To anyone who was reading this, don't ever use split pad, it's a nightmare.I found a good person who was running out of room.It's much more peaceful here.I'm very grateful to this website
I like that I could post my room for free. But it seemed like there wasn’t much variety or maybe I did not understand how to use the site. But ultimately I found a roommate. Will see how things work out.
This was a great experience. I needed a new place fast and I was contacted by a person who had a room for rent. It only took a few days for us to meet and I signed my lease. This site was a lifesaver for a college student.

I had found three roommates in the last two years, this website is easy to navigate and I like the fact that you can check criminal background , ID verification etc yes I am very happy with their services
Those who are not verified can cause issues. I had more than one trying to obtain information not allowed and Roommates canceled one of them, so that was impressive.
I found my next roommate however I had to search for it. Some of my perfect matche were peope who hadn't been on in a while. Some were not looking in my area however I did find one which I always do. Thank you.

I found a roomate but I would say there meeds to be more options for users in terms of people to match with!!! You need more users!!9
I let possible matches reach out to me, as often I was matched with people who actually weren't looking in my geographic area. Examples, people looking in Long Beach or Santa Monica definitely don't want a room in my area. So I'm not sure your filters are super accurate, but someone nice eventually saw my listing and actually was interested in the area.

Roommates made it fairly easy to find potential roommates, and I liked having multiple options to choose from. It did take some time to get good responses, though.
