Excellent Keyboard And Support Experience
I bought one of their keyboards but the dongle was missing. Logging a ticket was easy. I spoke with Lia in the support team and she did an awesome job getting a replacement.The keyboard is also amazing! :D Nice solid weight and feel. VERY reasonable price. Will be buying from RK again.

Customer service excellence
Accidentally got sent the wrong color, just my luck lol no problem just email customer service! All I had to do was bring it back to UPS. And they had a new one sent my way the same day. I really appreciate the trust to send me one while the wrong color one was still in transit. Good job guys.

Excellent keyboard shop; quick communication as well
After purchasing my third keyboard here, they quickly resolved issues when my local shipping company had issues delivering the package. Email communication was super swift, and I've never had big issues with their keyboards either.

Great product, ruined by shipping.
Royal Kludge RK98 – Good keyboard, terrible logistics.The keyboard works great — no issues.But shipping via Gofo France and YunTrack took over 2 weeks.Unacceptable. Fix your logistics.

Great customer seevice
Kikko was very helpful and understanding. I did not like the AI questioning in the beginning but Kikko saved the day with their great customer service skill. Even followed up with me to make sure I received my replacement and made sure it worked correctly. Will definitely spread the word about this!
