Not only did the chiller come extremely well packaged, the setup was easy with step by step instructions. Some of the best customer service and trouble shooting I’ve ever come across.

Great product and build quality
I purchased the pod plunge about 2 months ago and I use it daily. As a full time athlete I have used cold plunge therapy four years, but the convenience that this offers is amazing. There’s nothing better than just walking outside and opening it up to get in. The pod Plunge is the perfect size for my space as well. Highly recommend!!

We went with revive plunge and 6 person…
We went with revive plunge and 6 person sauna and no doubt it's a beautiful set up. We had a few hiccups after getting it up and running but Aaron was amazing to work with and made sure we were taken care of to get everything working. I would recommend this product, we love the units and use it all the time.

Would highly recommend
Amazing product - very happy I added this to my morning routine. Looks great, cools the water very efficiently, the tub is big enough to comfortably sit, squat or partially lay down in (I can get much more comfortable in this vs. the bath tub shaped ones), and I love the brown foam. Most importantly, their customer service is a 10/10 - I've had numerous questions about how to operate it / how to order new parts and they have been so helpful and accommodating each time. Thanks for all the help Aaron & Josette.

Everything’s great with the cold plunge. It can go extremely cold and it can go hot. The filtration system keeps it nice and clean very well built.

Revive plunges are top of the line! Not only is the product amazing, reliable, and sleek, but the Revive team is incredible. I have worked with them on many events and they are on top of their stuff. Great customer service! We recently had an issue with our plunge and Aaron with customer service contacted on a Saturday and said the parts will be mailed out today and then a tech will be there to fix it!! Unbelievable service. So happy.

I highly recommend revive plunge. I had a bad experience with another company and i’m so happy I found and purchased a revive cold plunge. First of all, it was easy to buy arrived in a timely fashion. It was super easy to set up and begin using. And the folks at revive plunge actually answer the phone! I had a question about customizing the settings. They not only offered advice and solutions, they followed up to make sure my issue was resolved. Thank you, Revive plunge!
