Granular control over almost everything!
The fact that Retell has laid out options which I, as a normal user can't even think about... Is pretty DAMN amazing and shows their research in the field is top notch.Would all the newbies to check out the "Conversational Flow" Agents to build a solid AI Voice Agent that just doesn't talk, rather handles the call pretty well.Well done Team Retell 👏

Best For Building ROI Agents.
I build a lot of ai voice agents for busineses and I found that it works well for all of them. For example if you use to build the inbound voice agent for receptionist it save your money, time and works better than human receptionist.

Improving at a really good pace
I like that they update the platform regularly and each update actually makes things easier and more flexible to use. The agents setup is straightforward, the API is well-designed and it’s great for testing real world use cases without too much friction. Overall, it’s a solid platform with strong potential that keeps getting better over time.

Swapped from another service that was not working any longer. I remember the set up on the other service was a full week of typing testing typing. With Retell AI it was 10 minutes to have an active bot doing exactly what I needed. Very impressive.

The best value for a complex agent
It costs more than the other option I was piloting, but it solved all the big problems I had with the other option, which was not having a good way to deal with latency, and not having the option to change the LLM.
