Sophie was very responsive and thorough. The balance of the organization was great initiating the process until getting assigned to Sophie for the detailed discussions. They have a specific knowledge of formatting and wording that I simply don't have. Well worth the money!

Put in the work, read through everything carefully. I got my first phone interview with in 3 days of submitting my new resume and cover letter. And I know that's not a normal response, I was blessed.
