Natasha have been most helpful and patient with us. Natasha quickly responds to my outreach and always assists with anything I need. I think the Resume Library is a great resource for us, our recruiters just don't use it often, unfortunately.

Spam bot
Once you sign up, you can never ever turn off the emails from them. Doesn't matter if you turn off the settings or delete your account. They just keep sending email after email...every...day. I've had to resort to just blocking them. I've even reached out via support and they never acknowledged me.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam, plain and simple. I have supposedly deleted an account three times and they still send me emails. They make comments on Trustpilot trying to play coy and act like it isn't in their design to predatorially spam individuals with emails, even when they specifically request for that action to be stopped. Do not use them and if you created an account that recycles a password you use often, I highly recommend changing that password anywhere you use it. 0 stars if I could

You will be spammed with Emails for which you CANNOT unsubscribe from
Good luck with unsubscribing from their emails. NOTHING you do works. Deleting your account and going into the settings and unsubscribing from all emails does nothing. Good luck getting Kay from ADMIN to respond and help. She will simply tell you to unsubscribe in the settings DESPITE you telling her you did that. Avoid this website. SCAM

Broken systems & promises
Broken systems & promisesI purchased 2000 resumes for the year. They advertise that they have a Zoho connector to import the resumes. I guess if you do them one at a time, it might work, but don't try to do anything in bulk. It doesn't work. Despite their efforts to try to fix things, it is still broken. Now they offer me the solution of downloading close to 400 resumes one by one. Won't offer me a folder of what I have tried to download and is missing. What kind of technology company is this?

Unwanted Marketing Emails
I received an unsolicited email from Resume-Library.com that felt like spam. I don't know how they obtained my contact information, but after just one initial email, I received three further unsolicited emails in the span of a week - an escalation of their marketing efforts. Furthermore, despite sending multiple unsubscribe requests, I have not received any confirmation or action from them. This level of unwanted contact is unacceptable and shows a clear lack of respect for boundaries.

I got an email from Resume Library asking me to use their services. I do not know how these people got my email as I only use my business email for private and confidential emails between myself and clients. This is quite unprofessional and I will never be using their service.

Playing Whac-a-mole with Spammers
These spammers refuse to remove from their mailing list. I have already requested to opt-out on June 2024 and they never followed up. To get around their spam emails, I have started to block their email domains on my email server.On September 10, 2024, they sent another spam email, this time they used a different domain to bypass my email filters. This is turning out to be a game of Whac-a-mole and is quite frustrating. This is the fifth domain which I had to block. They clearly they do not respect my unsubscribe requests nor their own unsubscribe links.Through out the numerous unsavoury and unscrupulous spam emails I have received from Resume-Library, I would not recommend this business to anybody.

I spent 4 hours with the most tedious…
I spent 4 hours with the most tedious application only to have ResumeLibrary somehow glitch all of my work into the abyss. I cannot track the work despite creating an account because the application is EXTERNAL! Lost, gone, never to be seen again! I can't express the amount of frustration with ResumeLibrary. You are absolutely horrid. Looking at these reviews I'm in for even more crap with trying to unsubscribe. Apparently that's more frustration I'll have to deal with. Does the unsub button even work because the options to look at my account were also inaccessible. Hopefully anyone reading this has done the right thing and came to read reviews first instead of making the mistake to trust this incompetent resource first! NEVER AGAIN!!!
