Amazingly slow delivery time.
Ordered parts for a Honda mower. Didn't see site says most items ship in 7-14 days. 21 days later still no part, no shipping info nothing. Finally, just found part i needed on Amazon and canceled my order through this company. Company might be ok as a last resort if you can't find the part anywhere else.

Ordered some "in stock" items on Sept
Ordered some "in stock" items on Sept. 27/23, Finally got notification and a tracking number showing shipped on Oct. 24/23. Nobody ever answers the phone and emails are not helpful, I was constantly asked to be patient because it had to go through customs since it was being shipped to Canada. The tracking number never showed it leaving City Of Industry in California. Finally on about Dec. 5/23 I just didn't want to play anymore and called the credit card company and got my money back. Today is Dec. 12/23 and even though i have given up on it the package still shows as being in City Of Industry. I gave this company one star only because I had to in order to continue to write the review. Horrible company, can't understand how they can operate as they do and still run a profitable business.

Do NOT order online from them...service is awful!!
I ordered items from them online on July 1st and paid for them at that time. I got one email stating they would update me but as of July 17th never received my items or any correspondence. When I signed into my account it showed that they hadn't shipped it out and to send them an email. I left a voice message and an email and still no reply. Today the 19th I went onlin to their website and it shows a tracking number was made but no item was received at post office just a label was made. Again I left a message and am just waiting to hear back from them. I would have ordered elsewhere if I knew there was going to be a holdup. I really needed those parts to complete a job I was doing. I don't recommend these people...at least not their online ordering.

Decent place to find parts, but no one speak with.
Decent place to search/find parts, and is somewhat cheaper than some other places. But..........There is NO ONE that will answer a phone. You can't call and check on an order, which shows up in pieces for items that were all in stock. Emails aren't answered. Every call is a recording saying "Hello, you reached Repair Tool Parts in XX California. All operators currently assisting other customers. Please leave a message and someone will get back to you"
