Great service
Deborah and her team were great. We were given a range of options for the shipment. The guys turned up bang on time to collect and pack, and everything arrived safely. Would definitely recommend Relocate MENA.

The team were easy to deal with right…
The team were easy to deal with right from our very first enquiry in Dubai right to the delivery of our shipment in Thailand. Our personal items arrived safely and promptly and the handlers at this end in Thailand were also good. Overall a great service and I would definitely recommend RelocateMena to my friends.

We can't thank RelocateMENA enough for the teams support - we would highly recommend. Deborah was meticulous with her guidance throughout the whole process step by step and always with support,understanding & professionalism. With RelocateMENA supporting our business we have successfully completed all of the steps in the company formation process & have expanded into the MENA/APAC region! I know that this wouldn't have been as easy, streamlined or as cost effective without the RelocateMENA team! Excellent experience from start to finish…
Entire experience from start to finish was amazing. Our move was slightly complicated as when we packed up in Dubai we were not yet 100% sure where we were moving to. So quoting was complicated and things kept changing, but both Deborah and Meenu held my hand through the entire process. What I loved most was the personal touch, they made sure I understood what my options were every step of the way, and their recommendations were 100% accurate and always at the best price point. This team & company really take the stress out of international moves, its like having a relocation PA on hand to help with advise and then handle all the details. We finally settled on Thailand, and all our belongings made it in excellent condition to our new home (small shout out to the Asian Tigers crew here who were also amazing).Thank you so much RelocateMENA

Saved AED 18k thanks to Deborah and team
Thanks to Deborah Bellis from Relocate MENA we ended up with up to 8 very competitive quotes saving us AED 18k (!!!!!) on a quote we had gotten previously on our own. They’re now also handling our pet relocation which was less straightforward then we originally thought. Highly recommend her and them! Took a lot of stress away in this very big move for us

A team that goes above & beyond
Deborah and her team are capable of providing invaluable support. There are people who see relocation as a logistical challenge and there are people like relocation MENA who see relocation for what it is…a life changing event for a family. Deborah and her approach to relocation is so personal and human it puts you at ease during a chaotic time. Her team is knowledgeable, capable and empathetic. I will never forget, when We faced an issue with a unreasonable landlord Deborah stood by our side and not only told us what is right or wrong but also called us to chat and make us feel better. Excellent corporate services
We were looking to mobilise an employee from China to the UAE and I had made contact with Deborah through LinkedIn. I knew Deborah through my previous organisation and as such reached out to her and the Relocate MENA team for our mobilisation requirements. I have always found Deborah to be very professional and helpful and extremely knowledgeable not only with relocation services but also immigration and documentation requirements in relation to visa processing. We also had the pleasure of working with Meenu who is very organised and kept both myself and the client updated on all aspects of the relocation. I would most definitely recommend Relocate MENA and the services of Deborah and Meenu to any organisation or individual looking for relocation and immigration support. Really helpful and great contacts
I contacted RelocateMENA to see if they could help with online payments in Dubai. They were so helpful and immediately put me in touch with an amazing card processing company based here, who were only too happy to help us take the business online. It’s helped us massively on our journey and I’d recommend them to anyone who needs help from a team with local knowledge!

RelocateMena moved my Pups…
I used RelocateMena to move my pups from Dubai to Saudi Arabia. The pups are both rescues and had never travelled outside UAE before. Whilst Milo spent 3 months in a cage prior to adoption it was evident he had no intention of going into a cage ever again when trying to size the cages so we took the advice of purchasing the largest cage available to ensure he could stand, sit and lie in his carrier. Daisy on the other hand was quite comfortable with carriers and would enter any carrier on command, or sit on top of carrier. Fortunately RelocateMENA had a secondhand cage for Daisy which offset the cost of Milo's carrier. The team dropped the carriers off as soon as they could so I could start familiarizing the pups with the carriers. No problem with Daisy but Milo was resisting all the way. Again we were repeatedly reassured that he would probably be fine on the day and to not get stressed about it.The team processed paperwork that was approved within days but we had the stress of ICAMA delays in Saudi and had to keep rebooking flights. Once ICAMA was issued I then tested positive for Covid so my wife could not return to Dubai and collect the pups. Throughout this time Deb was constantly checking on us and rearranging things in Saudi as we changed flights in Dubai. We were then all set to go and Emirates called to say that a change in PCR testing meant there was no time for my wife to get tested in Dubai prior to flying back to Saudi so they had moved her flight by 24 hours 2 days before travel and I was unable to travel on the rearranged flight so stress levels started rising. Deb and the team remained calm and rearranged everything at short notice in Dubai and collection in Riyadh.On the day we allowed an hour to get Milo in his cage and as advised, in defiance, he walked straight in, led down and went to sleep. I then sat on the drive with 2 dogs sleeping in cages drinking coffee until the "pup bus" arrived, pups were loaded and waived goodbye to everyone. Everything ran smoothly from there and pick-up in Riyadh could not have been quicker with everyone home within the hour.Footnote: The dogs now use the bottom-half of the larger crate as their bed, ignoring their baskets.
