If I could give this so called “company” negative 1000000 stars, I would. Brandon Vampierre called me sometime in July to offer me this amazing deal for a car warranty and refinancing my car which I so desperately need because the interest rates are sky rocketing. He promised me to help me through my situation and when shit he the fan he blocked me. No one from the “company’s” number ever answers it just rings and says “bye” or something. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAMMER!If anyone has any tips on how I can get my money back or report this fool, please comment !

I am reporting today, But they are stringing me along for over 90 days now. The latest phone number for this scam is Brandon 951.392.9530. There is a legitimate website and a legitimate company called refi auto pros with an s . These scammers are using refi auto pro URL and their website goes nowhere and it is unsecured.

These guys FAKEDon't let this fool you. It sounds fine over the phone and then you pay to start the process. Suddenly I had charges for warranty subscriptions I never authorized. Brandon is a fraud, tried calling him back and he has an outdated lazy voicemail for being out of office. I called the main office and got in contact with someone who said brandon would call back and he didn't. I will ensure this page gets reviewed by everybody who comes through my office. Bottom line up front, this place is a scam worked by unethical fools looking to make a quick buck.

Don’t let the reviews fool you folks. These people are scammers. A man who went by the name of Matthew Thompson reached out to me saying he could decrease my interest rate to 4%. Keep in mind, I have a 520 credit score. No way in hell is that possible. And their coverage is as fake as it gets. The guy even changes his name. First Matthew Thompson, then Brandon Lampierre? What a joke. Don’t listen to these people, don’t give them your money. You’ll just be digging yourself a bigger hole in the ground. They even called and threatened to sue me if I didn’t pay them for the coverage. Which btw… I NEVER EVEN REGISTERED FOR. They’re vultures. This is shady and predatory. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I have worked my ass off to rebuild my credit so with this so called refinance company calls I was intrigued it cost me $100 bucks to get the so called paperwork started when we hung up I thought hey they never asked who was I financing the car from I then called back and couldn’t get to the gentleman that had called me, my advice is simple don’t trust them do the work on your own don’t screw with those credit repairs either

I had a great conversation with Brandon Vampierre who took the time out from attending his daughter’s swim meet to speak with me. If that doesn’t show dedication and insistence on putting the customer first then I dont know what does. People who work for various dealerships that go anonymous to write negative reviews because they’re mad that this company is costing them large amounts of money are petty individuals. This company does great business and are dedicated to save their customers a lot of money. I recommend everybody to work with them, they are really friendly and give off a family environment, you will not be dissatisfied with your experience with them.

So from the beginning, you know, Brandon man Pierre is done everything for me. I couldn’t say that I appreciate anybody anybody anybody anymore than I appreciate Brandon. You know he’s been literally jumping through hoops that all these other companies that I had priorly dealt with had put me in, spending hours of time that I know that he could be with his family he spending time with me Andon calls with Robs Warranty companies that try to get me money back through the unrated admin through the Maxf care situation and he recently just brought in another member of the team David Manchester, who was super professional and broke down timing a little bit even more I really like David and then at the end brought in Vincent Moretti just because you know to get a third opinion so You know Brandon is really the best type of agent that any part any person could ask for he stops at nothing to make sure that you get into the absolute best rates when it comes to refinancing he is going to lower my auto insurance as well I know that’s gonna happen But was lowering the card note that is already coming through.
