We've had such a positive experience with Redwood Outdoors from start to finish. Our sauna and cold plunge are such a high quality product and the support team really goes above and beyond.

Barrel sauna: not happy with service and quality
I purchased a 6 person wide barrel sauna about 6 months ago. The company doesn't offer assembly service and says that assembling it is straightforward, which in my opinion is not accurate. It takes approximately 1.5 working days for two people to build it (also considering the roof tiles). After assembling it, I realized that there was a gap between the glass door and the frame, due to the door hinges being placed slightly too far from the frame (note: the door hinges come pre-installed to the frame, so this is not an assembly issue). When I called the customer support, they didn't offer to send anyone because they don't offer that service at all. All they can do it is sending me a $200 refund (note: I paid over 10K for sauna and heater). The repair eventually costed me $850, so the difference had to come out of my pocket.In addition, the quality of the wood is rather mediocre and it's already started to splinter in several places.Overall, this product and the service are not worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend.

Very impressed with the entire process
Very impressed with the entire process. Great communication prior to purchasing, quick shipping. Most importantly, easy to follow instructions in both paper and video form. The sauna is awesome. Couldn’t be happier.

Untrustworthy
The sauna itself is fine, definitely not a 4 person unless they’re all children, but fine overall. Customer service response time took about a week each time. It needs to be noted for customers that they will need to help the delivery driver unload. The most frustrating part is the company continuously removing reviews that gives anything less than 5 stars. You are not a trustworthy company if you continuously hide feedback that will help potential buyers. I cannot in good faith recommend this company to anyone.

The roofing materials could be much better. Also include vapor barrier. For how much this sauna is that should be included. I would give 4.5 but it is not a choice. I was given money back for roof which I appreciate. Thank you

My experience with Redwood Outdoor has…
My experience with Redwood outdoor has been awesome. I called with a question and they go overboard to make sure I’m happy. Needless to say I’m very happy! They’ve been wonderful to work with the product came exactly as it was described the video online that showed it being built was easy to follow. I got it done mostly by myself with a little help from my wife. And of course, the electrician came and finalized everything, but was pretty easy to build and exactly what we wanted.Can’t wait to share with friends and family

Bought a cold plunge and sauna on…
Bought a cold plunge and sauna on October 3rd. I was told we could pick it up in Kent in November once the items came in. When we called to have it delivered instead we found out the cold plunge had been sold to someone else and our sauna was non wifi. We were told it might be March before we could get the products we already paid for months prior. They did find the stuff in Georgia and in their warehouse but we are still missing our cedar floor for the sauna we paid for in October. We are told it might be April by the time we receive it.
