Be wary of the $29 call out fee it’s a scam! I called these guys during the day on Saturday and they quoted me the call out fee plus any charges incurred to change the locks. He picked the lock to let me into my house which took 5 mins and then tried to charge me $229 on top of the call our fee for ‘Saturday rates’. The guys was obviously a contractor and super young and very arrogant. I have since called other locksmiths who quoted me around $150 for the same service. Don’t trust these guys!!

Lost my only key for my car, had new key reprogrammed 24 hours later. Cost less than was expecting. Very happy with service. Thank you

Not quick. Rude.
Rude phone operators and totally unhelpful.Was locked out and called for the emergency service. It took 90minutes for someone to arrive. Upon challenging this over the phone I was told “well we are not an emergency service” despite it being plastered all over the website. The only solution they gave me was “so shall we cancel your job then” Do not use them if you’re stuck. Terrible

Terrible after service
Terrible after service, sold me an expensive keyfob that keeps getting deprogrammmed and when they took my master key to reprogram the new key fob my original fob got deprogrammed. Then what a hassle to get a hold of them, it dragged and dragged and finally gave me appointments where tecnitians never showed up. Weeks and weeks months and months still no show just promises someone will come and excuses after excuses, or siply they don't call back or not answer their phone

Boast 10-20 min timeframe...took 35....5 min unlock job...bill was 396 dollars...had only 330 and he took it all...should have broken my window and fixed it for that amount. Should of had him throw keys back in and relocked.. do not recommend

Promises, excuses and no results.
Rapid agreed to program 6 keys for $600. They ignored the agreement stating that the locksmith was responsible for not completing the agreement.I called the Rapid phone number and for 2 weeks of calls they informed me that a supervisor would contact me. I was calling 3 times a day. No one called me.This is a very shady company with horrible business practices. Avoid this company based in Minnesota like the plague.You do not want this company or any of it's employees near your vehicles, homes, businesses etcetera.
