Best Hosting, Software & Outstanding Support
I run several niche websites with video & eCommerce. Rage Software & Everweb have been fantastic resources for affordable, reliable hosting and efficient, easy to use, secure site building software. I've been using Everweb for more than a decade and moved my hosting to them after Godaddy became pretty much useless as support goes. Rage's Support Team is the BEST I've ever encountered.

Great App, perfect fast support!
First off Everweb is a fantastic website building application. It's intuitive, easy to learn, and has the features need to build your own web site, without being stuck with a "cookie cutter" site, or knowing HTML Coding.But what sets it apart is the support. If you've ever messaged support and a lot of companies you know you might some day get a response. Not the folks at Everweb.I had a simple issue, I wanted to add a "text me" box, and it just wouldn't work in the main menu. So I opened up a ticket Friday morning.Within an hour or so I had a response, and started working with the support person. Well it turned out to be a app issue, and they told me it would be sent to the development team. I thought, well, in 6 months they will do a release, and my little issue would be adressed.Well, Monday morning I wake up and there is a email from support, along with a new "widget" file, The thing that makes the Menu, and a thanks for my patience.How cool is that!!! That is unheard of in todays world.Thanks Everweb!!

Everweb is easy to us, works, great support!
I have been using Everweb for several years to create and manage various websites and my experience has been amazing. As a small business owner I want a website that is functional, looks good and is easy to update, edit and keep up with the times. Everweb makes that easy, back in the day it was my iWeb replacement, since then it has grown to my hosting, domain service, email host and of course web host. It just works! I am able to get modern websites, easily make changes and the support is fast and extremely helpful. Everytime I have needed support, they are quick to respond and quick to fix the issue. Most of the time it really is more trouble shooting as I had a setting wrong, or made a code mistake. Michael and all of the support team have been great to work with.

Great product and excellent support!
I've been using EverWeb for a couple of years now for hosting and rebuilding my website. From day one, in addition to the software and hosting service working great, I can't begin to describe how great their tech support has been. In addition to incredibly fast replies to the initial question, the same is true for all followup questions. I've never had a question or issue that wasn't resolved quickly. My experience today with Jose's support was another example of that I really appreciate their support and services provided.

How I Use EverWeb to Improve my community
After looking at many options I decided to buy EverWeb in January 2015. In 2024 I realized I could transfer the registration of my domain name to EverWeb and did so. Having all my web issues with one organization where I always had technical support was wonderful. I have just completed discussions with the EverWeb support staff to successfully improve my website. I have used EverWeb in my effort to be elected to the local school board, twice. I used it to defeat the proposed school levy that would cost taxpayers millions not just once but twice. The local levy property tax for 2026 will be zero instead of increasing 74% in 2027 and 117% by 2029.This year I needed technical support to improve my use of EverWeb to oppose the levy tax again as the school board wants to raise the tax 44% next year and 64% by 2030. Yes it is less than last year but the board wants to use it in ways that will not improve results.I had received complaints my website did not display well on cellphones. EverWeb quickly provided the technical support I needed to improve my website so it would display well not only on desktop screes but on mobile devices. I have also used it to market health products, advocating for students and addressing local issues and supporting political candidates.The program and excellent technical support will enable you to become more effective in achieving your goals. The $99 a year I pay EverWeb has enabled me to significantly impact my community for the better and has empowered me to save all taxpayers in my community hundreds of dollars in local taxes that were supporting ineffective education. If the school board proposes a levy that will really help students I will likely use EverWeb to convince voters to pass the levy.

Excellent websites and super helpful
I've used Everweb for years after they converted my website from iWeb. I have limited technical knowledge of websites but I can update my art website without a problem. If I need advice the support team have always been super helpful and always respond on the same day I contact them. They also have a large library of clear videos to help with all aspects of website design etc.

Upload problem
I had a problem with uploading files to my web site. A note to RAGE resulted in an almost immediate response with suggestions for trouble shooting and offer to help further. A restart of my computer ended up fixing the problem. Their response with much appreciated and came so quickly, even on New Year's Day! They have hosted my web site for many years and always responded quickly to any issues.

I have used Everweb for several years now and I find it easy to use best of all is the backup which is the best I have ever experienced and I go back to the '90s. They are very helpful and quick to respond. Overall brilliant service.

Great Response Time and Support

Fixed! (email server error)
I encountered an issue with my Gmail service that prevented it from recognizing the Webmail server. I engaged in several communications with the customer service team, and they were able to provide assistance. Each time I reached out, they responded promptly. I provided them with all the necessary information and screenshots of the errors. Michael was able to identify the error and provided a comprehensive, step-by-step description to resolve the problem. The solution was effective on the first attempt.I would like to express my gratitude to the entire team at EverWeb for their continued commitment to providing excellent service.
