extremely expensive, there are plenty of other stores where you can get the same racquets, services for wayy cheaper, almost 50 Quid for re-stringing, absolutely unacceptable.

Highly Recommended Tennis Store in London

I recently purchased a racket from Rackets Kingdom, and my experience was outstanding. Mr. Aneel’s behaviour and professionalism were exceptional, and I truly appreciated the way he assisted me. I have bought rackets from many stores before, but the customer service here was by far the best. Mr. Aneel recommended the perfect tennis racket based on my needs and guided me with genuine care. In my opinion, Rackets Kingdom is the best tennis store in London. Thank you for the excellent service.”

He is very rude to customers

He is very rude to customers, deletes negative reviews, and acts as if he knows everything about rackets. He overcharges for restringing at £35 and overprices rackets to earn a commission. It’s clear he is desperate for money.

horrible customer experience

While visiting Racket Kingdom Teddington, I encountered an unfortunate experience. The individual assisting me demonstrated a lack of professionalism and courtesy, which significantly impacted my visit. His demeanour was so appalling and disappointing, lacking compassion and willingness to assist. Improving customer service etiquette should be a priority for him. I would suggest exploring alternative tennis shop where customer service is more considerate and helpful.

The greedy owner and crook aneel…

The greedy owner and crook aneel overcharges and overprices all of his equipment. He called the police on me too. He has been rude on the phone and was trying to make commission from my back appointment He thinks he can do anything he wants I’ve bought £250 rackets from him and he called me a cheapskate. Blocking a cancer patient too. Nobody go to rackets kingdom and please go to other sports shops who provide better customer service and equipment

Bad experience and arrogant attitude

I can only talk about the shop in Teddington. The person managing that shop is not customer friendly. There is an arrogance that comes with the name of the shop but this attitude of "I am the only one that has this knowledge and skill" and "I can charge what I want" will not result in returning customers. Prices of rackets - way over priced. Only someone without doing any research would be silly enough to buy a racket there. Racket stringing: well as per previous comments, it is outrageous pricing. Stringing + string will set you back a mere £45 and rest assured, it will go up as and when the shop manager feels like it. Your attitude may work for you but your business will not grow. More so, it will likely not survive. Tip: Change your attitude and pricing.

Not a lovely experience

I visited the store as named as one of the best in the kingston area. The shop is small and has a limited shoe selection to start.I went there with the intention to buy a racket but as I started to looking for the sticks the sales assistant/owner came over and started to put the rackets back on the shelves. Also he ‘offered’ me a £20 consultation which I did not need as I was heading for a specific model. His attitude put me off and left for another shop.Maybe he had a bad day…or maybe not.I left my money with somebody more charming
