I ordered a $20 item and was charged $15 for shipping. When I received the item it was not the same as the pictured item on the website. When I contacted QDL I was told to return the item at my cost and they would refund the $20. It would have cost me more in shipping charges than the item was worth. I was not happy how this company handled this situation.
If they have what you're looking for, double check that you're ordering the right thing (size, length, lamp-type, color, etc)... then go for it. Website has limited information-- mostly DC'd items.I've ordered from QDL twice. Both experiences positive. Each time, order was confirmed next day, shipping notification about a week later, with tracking number. Fedex split one shipment of five items, arrived within a few days of each other. Second order I had questions before ordering which were responded to early the next day.Happy Customer
