STAY AWAY FROM QUADROTOYSI purchased a QUADROTOYS set for my daughter and twin boys. The initial appeal was the ability to expand and redesign the structure by purchasing additional parts as she grew. Unfortunately, this has not been the case.For over eight months, the U.S. website has been out of stock on essential parts. I signed up for restock notifications, but after six months, I received no updates. When I contacted customer support, I was informed that a restock had occurred, and they apologized for my not being notified. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, especially since parts appear to be widely available in other markets.I am extremely disappointed that a product I invested approximately $2,700 in has become unusable as my child outgrew its initial design, all due to a lack of available parts. If I had known about these ongoing supply issues, I would not have purchased from QUADROTOYS.I strongly advise prospective customers to consider other brands that consistently offer parts for their products
