The puzzles are just SO beautiful and colourful.Shipping worked well.Completing the puzzles, with their uniquely shaped pieces, feels like a real achievement.I have framed my completed puzzles and they are a wonderful and much admired addition to my home.
I bought this cat puzzle for my daughter who's 38 and she loved how the pieces were your usual block puzzles. M
I’m very impressed with this company and the quality of their puzzles and Customer Service. They do seem to ship from Canada, so the puzzles take some time to arrive but very much worth the wait. Highly recommend.
They have "closing down" sales for several months. Looks suspicious. Would never buy anything from puzzlesup.
There was a promotion for a free mounting kit if $80 was spent. When I went to check out, there was no logical area to take advantage of this promotion. When I contacted the company you offered me a 20% discount I don’t want a 20% discount I want a free mounting kit which I was promised if I spent $80. I’ve spent numerous dollars on puzzles from you and crafts up both for me and For gifts and I will not be buying any more from your company thank you.
Ordered puzzles for Christmas in November never received them. Tried to contact the company and never received a response. Obviously I was scammed assume the company is a fake.
I am editing my review and unfortunately it is not positive. I received a response from my review stating there system shows my order was delivered. I never received my order and the company is now requesting another delivery fee to resend my order to me. This is very poor customer service, not to mention how long it has taken me to get responses. If the company does the right thing I will revise my review but for now I would not recommend this company. My original review is listed below. First, I ordered two puzzles in Nov and they came.I then placed a large order Dec 3rd and have not received my order. They don’t provide a phone number to call so I have been emailing support, the email they give you and I am getting nowhere. When I first started emailing them they were not responding and when they did it was we are checking on your package. Last week I received an email stating your package has arrived and please confirm. I never received the package so I responded back. No follow up at all. I did contact my bank and credit card company. I will not order anything from them again. I am very disappointed with the service and follow up.
No shipping info, can’t tell if it was not sent or was lost a month after payment. Puzzles are tiny tiny tiny.

Beautiful, challenging puzzles in great sizes! The puzzle color is not as bright and vibrant as the picture provided, but the magnificence is all there. The pricing is reasonable and the finished puzzle satisfying. Enjoy!

I placed an order on January 15th 2026. Credit card was processed on 16th. I have received no communication from puzzlesup.com.I have sent emails today to two different support addresses asking about the order.From the website they appear to be closing up shop.My next step will be to dispute the charge with my ctedit card company.
They respond to issues w/orders or products quickly and work diligently to correct. I LOVE, LOVE Puzzles UP. Can't get enough

I ordered three months ago from PuzzlesUP and still haven’t received the order. I contacted the support website and no response! I am still waiting after my FOURTH attempt at emailing their support email address. VERY POOR SERVICE
I ordered 2 puzzles on December 7, 2025. To date (01/06/2026) I have not received my puzzles. Totally unacceptable! This is not a reliable company. Be wise and dont buy.
I ordered a personalized puzzle (3) and a regular puzzle on Nov 11 and on Jan 5th, I still have not received them so cancelled the order. Not sure if I'll ever see my refund, but I tried at least 6 times to get a status on my shipment, always told it was being processed. Gave me a tracking number to some shipping company Speedx that did not help at all - directed be back to the vendor
615051 What an absolute joke of a company. I’m beginning to think the 5 star reviews are by the company it self. It also looks like they are trading with different company names. I order December 7th still no order and no response to emails. I have emailed again after the company posted a reply. Now not only has the response been ignored when I try to track my package it now says page error not found. So I still think this is a scam and even the reply is utter BS.

I ordered 6 puzzles on December 11, 2025. The web site said puzzles should arrive December 21, 2025. Here we are December 27, 2025 and no puzzles. Very upsetting. Tracking sucks at best. My package didn't leave puzzleup until the 23rd. 12 days to put 6 little puzzles in a box or a bag and hand it over to a truck driver to take to the airport. I do bare some of the responsibility. I should have done more research on puzzleup. The website lead me to believe that they were located in the U.S. Had I known the package was coming from China, I would not have purchased. At this point, and after reading reviews, I just hope that they actually arrive. Really sucks because I want to purchase a lot more of these for my wife. I'll just have to find a company state side to buy from. I don't trust trust pilot!
