Likely out of business and my money down the drain
I paid for the additional coaching and access to hand picked liens by an advisor. Everything started well the first couple times, but it seems like they may now be out of business. I've emailed my previous rep and the support email multiple times and have not received a response. Their phone number is never answered and calls are never returned. Very disappointing to pay so much money and they drop off the face of the earth. My assumption is they are out of business.

The purpose of this review is to express dissatisfaction in your program and request compensation. I signed up with this program with the hopes of building"financial freedom" based on the promises that were made by you (PROSOURCE). When in actuality, we were misled and misinformed. I attended the free seminar, then paid $600 to attend a weekend seminar where we then paid $39K for the diamond package- which you failed to mention the location of these events until after payment was received. This company induced the purchase by withholding crucial information that they must know might prevent that purchase, which is on par with giving false information. In addition to all the money that was spent, we were also convinced we would benefit from "mentorship" which was an additional 20K. We surely did not benefit from the "mentorship" when signing up, we mentioned to the representative that we had no time to find and analyze deals because of our busy schedules. He advised " that the mentor will take the wheel and execute the deals for us" nothing could be further from the truth. This isn't even the worst of it..... After signing up with the program, my credit score has gone from 750 down to 600. Due to the dip in credit, we are unable to get into any deals and don't have the capital to invest. Therefore, we are screwed and have not heard from anyone now that we are 70k in debt. It has now been a whole year and we are right where we started. I would like a refund, if not for the whole program; at least for the mentorship. We were promised at the time of enrollment that we will be worked with to at least cover the costs of the investment, your company has failed to do so. I have been unsuccessful at getting a hold of prosource, no direct number or email. P.S. I hope that we can come to a resolution.Look forward to speaking.

THIS COMPANY IS A BIG SCAM!!! RUN AWAY FAST.......I went to the 3 day workshop too. I thought it was going great until they tried to sign me up for $40k and as soon as you tell them you don't have that kind of money they're no longer interested in talking to you or helping you. they treat you all nice. Am glad for once I didn't have the money. That was a blessing in disguise. Please dont fall for this scam.

100% ripped off.Their "support representatives" are non-existent or leave the employment before anything transpires.Cost me money, lost money, paid fees all of the way along over the past 2 years. Am now stuck with property that I cannot sell for 4 years without paying substantial fees.Run - do not invest here. Upfront acquisition and title clearance fees are explained as appropriate and then becomes a total money dump.I'll be leading a class action lawsuit. I made the mistake of signing up for a modified "package" in December 2019. I was supposed to go to a 3-day event in Utah until I found that my "package" did not include having the air-fair paid to Utah as stated in the 3-day sales-pitch/training here in Honolulu (prior to my paying $12K for my modified "package"). Instead I got admitted to a 2-day event here in Honolulu which was informative and told that I would be contacted by a "Strategist" on the following Monday. On the following Thursday I got a call from someone who tried to get me to pay for more "training" and access to the resources (data, etc.) that was originally offered to be included in all of the "packages". I declined to spend any more and was told that I would be referred to a "Portfolio Manager". That was 2 weeks ago and no contact since. I am unable to get through on phone or by email to "Support". So it just looks like I got bilked out of $12K, and will have to file suit in Nevada. Be warned about this outfit!!!

Trying to contact someone for help on purchased software
I had paid to attend the hotel event and it seemed really great and at the end there was a software being shown off in which I felt forced to purchase as it was only available at a discount for that day and I didn’t have an option as I wouldn’t be able to afford it at a later day. Well I put $500 down and I have been making payments for 8-9 months and I haven’t used the software since the first month! I have been trying to contact someone to see if there’s anything I can do to get help as I’m very low on money and those monthly payments are super heavy on me now especially since I have no use for the software. Please get back to me if possible

Horrible! This is a scam. None of the things that they promised have helped me. Now I am thousands of dollars in debt. They do not tell you the truth and get you to buy property that you cannot sell unless you hire an attorney and pay another $2000.

Save your time and keep your money
Every seminar was an upsale for the next one. I didn't go to one just to be told about the next one and pay 600 for that one just to be told about the one for 40k. It's been 6 months and we never received the smart watch that we were supposed to have received during the first one. Straight scam.

The 3 day class is informative but don't pay 20k
The 3 day training seminar was informative but the hard sell was not good. I ended up spending $20k for what was supposed to make me money right back only to find out that you have to pay even more to get into their 'real' system for 'coaching' :( It has been 3 months now and I have transferred some money to a self directed IRA so I can try to make the most of the $20k that I paid and maybe earn some of it back, but the portfolio manager just gives me lists of empty lots in Florida that look like I would be lucky to get the money back on if/when I sell them :( I also did not get the free prize that they lured us in with :(I also did not feel safe maxing out my credit cards when it now seems apparent that I won't be getting income to pay them off :( I think that is bad advice.

No accountability for terrible customer service
From my experience and my business partners experience, don't bother moving on after the 3 day seminar. I we invested so we could move forward to a portfolio manager and the 6 week course was mandatory. If you're a seasoned investor, you will not learn anything new. Waste of time and mental energy. My partner is still waiting to purchase tax liens as promised. After we made the investment to move forward to Portfolio manager it seemed like a chase to get what we needed. We didn't invest to chase you guys! Currently waiting on a response back....

Decent content for $597, if I hadn't been kicked out
If you take the time to read any of the 5-star reviews on Trustpilot, you will realize no one has yet taken the class. I did a 5-star review to get some trinket as I recall, and was excited about the class. So here is my post-class review. To be accurate, the class is actually still going on. I was kicked out. I was a couple minutes late for the first day, and apparently missed when they said we were forbidden to exchange phone numbers with anyone else in the class. I get no photos or no audio recordings, but NO PHONE NUMBERS of classmates? I will be charging back the $597 for the class on my credit card. The content in the first half of the class before I was kicked out was actually 4 out of 5 in terms of generating time savings for folks serious about doing this. It provides the groundwork to enable productive research to drive a more focused and successful effort on your own. 1. Unless you have no money or credit, you do not need these boneheads. 2. Phil Pustejovsky is a rock star, and his content is free on You Tube. 3. As long as you have a job and own your house now, just use a signed lease as proof of income for property 1 to buy property 2. House 1 will lose 25% of the purchasing power of the rent to account for maintenance, FYI. But they didn't like that idea because it doesn't butter their bread (high-cost financing).
