Cover Plates as Described
Cover plates as described. Only issue is the sales tax disclaimer for purchases outside the state of Washington "being between the customer and their state". I'm 71 yrs old and have never received an invoice from an on line purchase as such. The seller either collected the sales tax or not.

Happy and satisfied
The salesman was very knowledgeable, there was not surprises during installation. The phone and email follow-up on details was excellent. The installers were on time, did the job in 3 hours, everything was clean and neat when they finished. Provide good Maintenace instructions. Door looks great. Happy I replaced the old door.
