I ordered L/XL for compression socks. Same size i've ordered from other companies. 19" calf.These are way way too small, cant even get one started on my foot.$7 to return so they scammed me for $27.Avoid
Unfortunately, despite the company's assurance that the L/XL would fit up to a size 13 foot, the L/XL did not fit. (Husband is a size 12.) Purchased as a Christmas present in November so missed the 30-days for returns. So far, I have not received a response from Customer Service to my inquiry.
So happy with my compression foot sleeves! No more foot pain at night, and they’re super comfortable. Try them for yourself!
My primary complaint is that I had to pay for returns on a mail order brand where you are out of luck if the socks don’t fit. It cost me $14 dollars for the cheapest shipping. So I paid them to try their brand. I opted for a return and not an exchange. I’ve switched to Vim&Vigr who does offer free returns.
Horrible return policy and customer service
The toe seam stitching is wonky on all six socks I ordered. I wish the socks had an arch support band. Besides that, I’m happy with them so far.They were shipped and delivered pretty quick.
Super slow order processing
My wife, Reeves and I have made several attempts to contact you, but unfortunately, we haven't received a response. We would like to inquire about ankle high socks that were purchased in one of my orders, which might have been the most recent one, as we tried to contact you at that time without success. We understand that you have a busy schedule, but we believe that responding to customer inquiries is crucial, as every customer contributes to your business. Thank you. I love my compression foot sleeves! So much! Since wearing them to bed at night I’ve not had any foot pain! Grab a pair and see for yourself!
Socks different lengths, different sizes, different widths. Pairs last time are smaller this time. One pair went half way up my thigh. Like what happened ? They might be cute but this company has gone down the toilet. Quality control no more. Won’t buy again.

Quality products and great delivery
I really liked the quality of the wide calf compression socks I bought. I had an issue with them being too tight on my calves and digging in. I don’t think this is a pro compression issue - I am having veins issues (hence the compression socks). I think I need prescription socks rather than OTC. I also bought an ankle sleeve that I love. Really helps with the swelling.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I’m reporting them to the BBB , they REFUSE to give out a phone number ! Will only email which is NOT acceptable since they received my return and refuse to refund my money into my acct !
It was hard to figure out how to send back. Once I got the spotter ones they worked great for me

Good quality and after a few washes, the sock does not lose its quality.
I ordered a larger size than the last pairs that I ordered and they’re still too small. When I bought these a few years ago, the pairs I bought were a small/medium and are bigger in the calf’s than both the small/medium pairs and the large pairs that I recently ordered. Almost uncomfortably tight. Very disappointed as I have to wear these for 10-12 hours most days.
Great customer service, great product. The size I got initially were too small around part of my leg, they helped me figure out the best size for me and even sent me a pair to try our for free before I did a full exchange. Now I have great compression stockings and my legs don't ache at the end of my shifts.Shout out to Lauren and Brenda, the two that helped me!
