Messed Up Order
I received my order yesterday and I am extremely disappointed because the blanket I received is not at all what I ordered.I ordered a custom “Christmas Pet Print Fleece Blanket”, specifically selecting the blue snow scene. Although the pet photo on my blanket is correct, the background is entirely plain and lime green, not even remotely close to what I ordered. This is an unacceptable mistake, especially given the fact that I paid extra for the Christmas themed blanket and your company couldn’t even get the colour correct.I am beyond frustrated with this mistake as it was intended to be a Christmas gift and it is not at all what I intended to be gifting. It is even more frustrating that as a former customer I decided to pay more money to use your company over other options in Canada, and I received something that is not at all what I ordered. I would like to speak to someone to determine how this issue can be resolved.

Company canceled order after card already charged
After placing my order for my dog blanket and my card being charged, it took multiple days to received an email for the artwork to be approved. But when I clicked on the link in the artwork email it then tells me my order has been canceled and there is no artwork to view. I never canceled my order nor did I receive any notification of it being canceled. I have emailed this company multiple times, submitted a help request on their website, and messaged them via Facebook and still no response. Very disappointing considering I cannot even get a response to get a refund or answers to why my order was canceled. Will not be using this company again.

My husband loved the mug of his dog
My husband loved the mug of his dog. I thought it pricey at first, but after having it nearly 10 years and seeing him smile each time he drank from it, totally worth it! Sadly the mug broke so I emailed the company - they very quickly reordered the mug, still had the photo we wanted after all this time (I could no longer find it). Such great customer service and products are well worth the price!

I have ordered several products over the last few years with PrintyPets and they are great! I have only had 1 issue in all this time and they resolved it pretty quickly. They have great communication with you and the products are of great quality! I highly recommend.

Picture proof process
I love the ease of uploading a picture and from last experience I know what to expect from the blanket. The only problem I've had in the past is the approval and editing process and I hope that some of the kinks have been worked out

Easy to manage and quick to respond!
The website was easy to manage and chose my fur babies. There was a little hiccup with including all 4 but they resolved the issue very quickly! I can’t wait to get my blanket!!

I just want to start with thank you!!! I remember when I ordered a fleece blanket for my son and he literally cried as soon as he seen that it had our dog Shay's picture on it. Just that reaction alone says a whole lot about what you bring to families with this amazing service that you create.Our friend had lost his best friend and so we decided to give him an everyday reminder of how much she is still cherished, its a definite recommend for anyone who wants to keep their best friend close to them ❤️🤗
