I have been waiting 18 days for an…
I have been waiting 18 days for an update on my order. The only answer I can get from customer service is to repeatedly send me my tracking number which I already had since that's the only information you can access from your account. Apparently my order still hasn't made it to the Chinese shipping facility even though it was marked in transit 13 days ago.
