DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!Unfortunately, Primer Branding failed to deliver any of the agreed-upon services. Despite numerous follow-up emails, phone calls, and messages, I have not received any response or satisfactory resolution from the company. On 24 May 24, 18 Jun 24, 26 Jun 24, and 12 Jul, I was assured by Frank Teller and Aaron Francis that I would receive a full refund. However, to date, no refund has been issued. A $1,000 is a lot to lose for nothing.

I had to push back the launch date of my new business' opening because of this company! I contracted Primer Branding to build a unique website for me, but they built a quick site that was not personalized to my business, was not nice-looking, and was not at all unique. When I asked for a rebuild, which was allowed per my contract, they said they could really only a build a better site on their hosting service, which was going to cost me an additional $900. No further work was done on my site despite me declining to move to their hosting site and asking that they just do their best with my current host since I had already paid for that. I have no website and am out my initial payment to them because I refused to give them an additional $900. I contacted them and asked for a refund and they said they had processed it, but it would take 20-30 days to show up in my account. I thought that sounded fake, and wouldn't you know, it has now been about 40 days and still no refund.They also scam people by using a TrustPilot bar picture showing a score over 4.5 when their score is actually much lower.

I cannot recommend this business. My experience was very much in line with Jeremy McNally's recent review. Following an up-front payment for a graphics package and a website - my relationship with Primer started strong. Before too long I received one item of the package that I was happy with (a logo). After that there was a complete breakdown in communication, lack of response, and each time I contacted them I was contacted by someone who had no access to my "file" but promised to "get right on it." But then nothing. The promised deadline for finished work was missed by months - and one time I was told that a first draft of my website was ready - and was presented with a draft website that contained gibberish, met none of my requests, and I think was perhaps someone else's draft that they sitting around. I expressed my dissatisfaction multiple times - and that I was losing money as potential clients were viewing a "coming soon" website for months. I again received an empty apology and was told that this would be rectified immediately. But then there was again no further communication. Ultimately, in line with their "100% satisfaction guarantee," I requested my money back. On July 11 I was told that the issue would go to their complaints department and that I would receive a response shortly. As of today there has been no further communication. Two stars (instead of one) because the initial single item from the package was delivered promptly and I am happy with the quality of that. But that was perhaps 10% of the total work requested and paid-for in advance.

Work not done, no communication
I contracted Prime Branding 3 weeks ago for one page site. No more than 10 minutes of work in 2 weeks and no communication. They provided the first initial draft which was an exact copy of a competitor's home page. That's it. I sent a response listing the required revisions 2 weeks ago. 10 minutes of work has been done in 2 weeks. My emails or calls are not being answered either and until a couple hours ago, I have no idea if they even plan to continue or when it'll be done. I've been in limbo and this is horrible so far. When I spoke to Frank today, I was told things would be done or close to it sometime tomorrow. We shall see. I am giving him / this company the benefit of the doubt to see what they hold to their word unlike before. Second chance before my experience with them goes all over the internet. I've reported this to the BBB and will continue passing this info along on other platforms should they not correct their service with me. No business owner should have to worry about whether what they paid for will be complete or not. I'm incredibly disappointed right now. IMPORANT NOTE: I will 'definitely' update this if things turn around so its reflected here for others to see. I hope its the case.

I've been working with Primer Branding for the past several months and their work has been outstanding. My sales rep Jennifer, and account manager Melissa have both been extremely responsive and very committed to ensuring that my project is executed to the highest standards. My current website project is quite extensive as there is a lot of content, including video and commerce and the technical teams have done a great job with the integration. Given that I am very particular with respect to design, the team has also been very patient and willing to make multiple revisions and finesse the graphic until I was satisfied.
