It appears that this business may have ceased operations. Their phones disconnect before ringing. Their chat is not answered. They do not answer emails. They owe me a substantial sum of money and there does not appear to be any way to get a response from this firm.
They published my poetry collection after major houses rejected it. Their literary credibility helped me access grants and residence that advanced my career.
Some steps moved slower than I expected, while others went faster, Overall, it evened out into a positive experience.
At first, I was confused about paperback vs. eBook formatting. They broke it down step by step and handled most of the technical setup. A couple of small errors showed up in the first proof, but they were fixed quickly.
This publisher sold 1776 of my books (as per their reports to me) and is holding on to over $50,000 USD of my royalties. They are no longer responding to my calls. Trustpilot is now the only way for me to communicate my situation. Also, my contract included copyrights….none to be found. I have a lawyer looking into this. To all the 4 and 5 star reviews, you must be part of the SCAM. Keep your money and look for another publisher. They took my money and wasted 13 months of my time with long delays and if they actually sold even 1 book, where are my royalties. I will continue to update my situation on this platform. I will not go away. Shame on you Prime Publishing USA.
