The service was acceptable
The service was acceptable. Communication wasn’t always fast, but responses came eventually. Publishing tasks were completed as promised. Marketing felt generic and not very hands-on.

Everything went mostly as expected. Some steps required clarification, but once that was sorted, things moved along fine. The end product met professional standards.
My story is full of strange names and made up worlds, but the editor never once got confused. The cover art blew me away it looked straight out of a movie. I couldn't have asked for a better team to publish my fantasy book.
Their approach to book marketing was creative and grounded. They focused on building an author brand rather than just short-term ads. I'd recommend them to writers who value strategy over quick fixes.
I am very pleased with Emily's performance she has done everything I've asked her to do with great fortitude and care also in a timely manner.I am pleased with her work ethic when she will get something done she gets it done and I look forward to working with here in the future.
They took a manuscript I'd been sitting on for years and transformed it into a book I'm proud to share. Their encouragement and expertise made the difference.
The design team created a visually appealing and professional layout that aligned perfectly with the theme of my book. The cover was striking and market ready, while the interior design provided an excellent reading experience.Their ability to balance creativity with professionalism reflects their strong understanding of industry standards.
As a poet, i was worried my words would lose their flow once formatted into a book, but they treated my poetry with care. the layout was elegant, spacing was perfect, and they even suggested a subtle cover design that matched the soul of my work.Holding my poetry collection in print for the first time was emotional, it finally looked and felt like real literature.
This was my first time publishing, and I honestly didn't know much. They explained everything clearly and made it feel easy. Super thankful for the help.
The cover art was a combined effort that was a pleasure. I gave them a concept in general, and they brought it to life with even better images than i imagined. it does make the book stand out on shelves and on the internet.
I took a writing retreat in the mountains with nothing but notebooks and an idea. When I came back, I had raw content, but no clue how to turn it into a book. The ghostwriter helped me refine the ideas, build a structure, and carry that sense of peace and clarity into every page. The final manuscript feels like that mountain still live in it.
Turning real family stories into fiction was harder than I thought. The editor helped me protect the emotional truth while giving the narrative a proper arc. They were sensitive, insightful, and incredibly respectful of the legacy I was trying to honor. This book now feels like a gift to future generations.
We wanted to publish a book of community stories as part of a nonprofit initiative. I'm not writer, so I was grateful they helped us shape these raw memories into a readable, heartfelt book. It now serves as a legacy project for our organization and our readers are truly moved by it.
If I had the option they would not even make a star. I know we can not mention names but I agree with everyone who has already stated how cunning this company is, I just wish that I would have check the reviews prior before the purchase. But I still have my agreement promising top seller or guarantee money back from these scam artist. I contacted them on day daily basic and they are repeated offenders all lies and deceptions, and for the five star fake responders that they put up to do a review is to cover up their evil deeds
I was misled and financially scammed by this agency. They used fake addresses, changed company names, and disappeared after taking approx. £7,200 from me.They promised a full “bestseller” publishing and marketing package with a website, PR, and support within 4–6 months. After a year, all they delivered were a few generic social posts and a basic WordPress site — but they refused to give me login access. They stopped responding, then threatened legal action when I questioned them. They also attempted to pressure me to remove a negative review by holding my website hostage. Even after removing the review, they never delivered anything.I reported the situation to the police, who advised me to cut all contact. Trustpilot previously confirmed most of their earlier reviews were fake, which were later removed — but new suspicious positive reviews keep appearing.I have emails, receipts, and full evidence. This company is evasive, dishonest, and manipulative. Avoid at all costs.
Wow - who would have believed that I could become a published author ? My time with Prime Publishing Agency was an incredible journey which resulted in my dream of writing a book came to fruition. From the very first contact all the way to the final stages I received excellent support and guidance. I would recommend this company to anyone who is interested in getting their work published and into the marketplace.
Predatory Behaviors. This company pressures you HARD with promises of exponential returns and then tells you they need to provide all these extra services that they need you to pay for. They have no idea if they can even deliver on their services and intentionally create scope creep threatening emergencies that you need to pay more or else you will be fined. The rep was text messaging me asking me to send payment via Zelle for ‘emergency’ services or I would be fined by government agencies. They were trying to charge me $1500 to update something in my Amazon book I was able to do on my own in 5 minutes and then tried to tell me I needed some bogus copyright that is irrevant to the service I asked for. They weren’t able to put together legitimate scope of services for these requests on letter head or anything formal. I have all the texts and emails to prove their nonsense. To this day and over $2500 later I have no idea what they did to help me. BIG MISTAKE. DO NOT USE THEM!
