First Class - Excellent Customer Service, Advice and Competitive
I was after buying a red dot sight for my Weihrauch HW 45 and came across pqara.co.uk. I spoke to Simon before buying as I wasn't sure about the mounting of the sight and the difference between the various types of red dots available.Simon was very helpful and put my mind at rest. It so good to be able to buy with confidence that it will all work.I was so impressed with the Vector Air Frenzy SCRD-37 sight that I ordered another a few days later for my Crosman 2240 gun. I spoke to Simon again regarding a technical matter on how to zero the sight and shimming, he explained the process brilliantly.I would definitely recommend using Simon's pqara.co.uk site as he is friendly, honest, knowledgeable and competitive. What more could you ask for? Thank You

Right from the first contact ( Your best bet is to ring them, you will, if you`re lucky, get to chat with Simon Burgon, the proprietor, a genuine, honest down to earth owner heavily invested, and concerned, in his customer service levels and, ultimately, their satisfaction. Ultra efficient delivery service, ordered Sunday evening, arrived 9.30 Tuesday morning. A great measure of a reputable company is the after sales service they offer. Once again Simon excelled.
